APRENTICESHIP ONLINE EDUCATION PROCEDURES DUE TO COVID-19 EMERGENCY

This page describes procedures for the Apprenticeship program and is intended for active apprentices looking for instructions. Please note that due to the evolving nature of the emergency, this instructions may change often

Remember that the books and materials are available for purchase at Cosmetica Latina

DOCUMENT DOWNLOADS:

You need a computer for this. Get the document, print it and fill it up. You will need to send it or bring the document or mail it while we have authorization to accept digital signatures.

On this page you will find links to download, please be sure to continue reading of all the page.

We are hurrying to have this ready for you, so check often for changes and new documents added.

Remember:

Once you have the document open in the computer SAVE or PRINT it.

PROCEDURE FOR VALID CREDIT HOURS TAKING ONLINE CLASS MATERIAL, VALIDATE YOUR ATTENDANCE AND CREDIT YOUR STUDY HOURS
Note that 5 (five) Credit hours will be given per chapter assignment

Step 1: PAYMENT:

You must pay the administration fee amounts as stipulated in your enrollment agreement.

In case you can not make payments online, please write us to billing@cosmeticaedu.com, indicating the reason, and we will respond to arrange a payment method. Note that, for your security we will not call asking for your credit card for personal information. Please ignore such calls, as calls made by scammers are common these days.

Step 2: ATTENDANCE

We enabled our active students so they can sign-in their attendance for the day in our online system.

You will be require to provide data you have registered with us, in order to confirm your identity, as well as indicate if you are registered for Monday or Tuesday classes, and the Center you registered at.

Step 3: TAKE THE CLASS

Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, please continue the procedure indicated on this page, where you will find links, materials, book reference and your calendar.

Related and Supplemental Instruction (RSI)/240 Hour Online Cosmetology and Barbering Course
*5 Hour Credit will be given per chapter assignment

Soon we will be using on-line teaching, so go ahead and

download the application called ZOOM here, and install it

on your computer to be ready when we are.

Verification of Studies: To verify your studies, you will be given an exam that will be answered online based on the chapter studied. Upon returning to school your instructor will give you a specific review of what you studied, and they will be giving an exam on the subjects studied during the distance learning period.
